I, I will survive!

This was our day.

Seriously :) Well, okay, actually, it alllll started out dandy. We sat down at the table for chocolate milk and waffles. Everyone was fairly happy. We did "chores" (made our bed, got dressed, picked up any stray things), sat down at the table for phonics and handwriting, did a little reading and picture making. And then. oh and then. I went to rock Eli. I came back to this......

See his beard? It's got the remaider apricot cereal off Eli's high chair. I guess I didn't get it to the sink to rinse fast enough. And then after took Charlie off the table and told him no-no, about 30 minutes later, I found this....

He ate part of the leaves from the plant in the dining room and broke up lots more on our floor. See the pink fluff. Ummm, yes that's right, my wedding purse fluff!! And the paper, oh that's just the Sunday paper.

Amid the chaos, though, some children were happily playing :) (Bea dressed herself today :)

And tonight, well, little dude is happily sacked out along with all the others.

Now, look and see what Kendall Robinson painted for me! Isn't is wonderful! Kendall is headed to Mexico in just a few weeks for a mission trip and she was selling her artwork. She was so sweet and made one to match the kids bathroom decor. LOVE! I don't think you can quite see all the detail in the picture. But down on the right there are two clown fish! And some of the same corals we have in our tanks. And Kendall didn't even know!! God has given her a very beautiful wonderful talent! Thanks Kendall!!

Oh, and I just had to share this. These are the sermon notes from Sunday night. Benjamin's. BENJAMIN'S! Hunny, he took notes! :)
